2) Several major devolpments going on all over the island including 300 lots on one end being sold by a company in florida
3) Another 250 lots being sold above orange creek
4) oceanfront lots being sold on Port Howe where you can walk over a mile out into crystal pale water
5) Lots being sold and developed all over Hawks Nest
6) A lot of construction--houses being built on the Fernandez Bay beach
